Job Summary:
Come join our Christian health and wellness center with a heart for serving our community! The Senior Office Manager will act as the office lead for staff members and other office managers. The Senior Office Manager will report directly to CEO, Owner. The Senior Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation. Energetic professional and a self-starter who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Must be able to have input and tenacity for a new growing business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Must be a positive representation of 7 Wellness and Massage Center’s mission statement and company culture
- Handle stress and multiple changes well, and communicate well in a high stress environment
- Preform, monitor, and or assign clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
- Maintain, organize, and schedule client appointments as well as client profiles
- Manage executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly carried out and monitored
- Point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and product orders
- Provide general support to visitors and or clients
- Evaluate and manage staff performance and or coach, mentor and discipline office staff
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data, MUST BE ABLE TO IMPLEMENT HIPAA STANDARD
- Design and implement office policies and procedures present to the CEO for review
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
- Ensure documentation, SOAP charting, office visit notes
- Perform posting charges and completion of claims to payers in a timely fashion
- Convert dosages to billable units
- Submit billing data to insurance providers
- Work claims and claim denials to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided
- Perform medical case and or billable claim audits including Medicare/Medicaid reviews and audits

- Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
- Report office supply needs and equipment as needed
- Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development
- Report to work promptly each day
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Office staff consisting of: TBA (4 expectant staff load)
Minimum Qualifications (Experience/Education)
Associate degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred)
2+ years’ experience as a Medical Biller, 2+ years’ experience with office management
Competencies or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong knowledge of MS Access
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfort with fast-paced environment

Job Summary:
Be part of a thriving, faith-based community of integrated health-care professionals! Our Christian faith-based health and wellness center, needs a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist to assist us with our increasingly busy, fast pace practice. We provide professional massage therapy for clients who endure a variety of health conditions and pathologies. We specialize in medical massage therapy, relieving tension, and promoting healthy mindsets among our clients. Our therapist are expected to perform 30 minute to 120 minute massages and are well versed in deep tissue, swedish, prenatal, MFR, and a variety of modalities. Our therapist need to have a strong knowledge in anatomy and medical terminology.

- Therapist must be able to provide 30- to 120-minute massages for appointment holders and walk-ins at our location.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be courteous, professional, and timely
- Offer quality customer service
- Guide clients through our service offerings and help them choose the types of massages and/or add ons that would benefit them most
- Take detailed histories from clients, including information about any injuries or conditions, such as diabetes and properly fill out a SOAP
- Design sessions around clients’ specific complaints or problem areas
- Know contraindication for massage
- Listen to clients during massages and adjust technique to meet their needs
- Suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions and/or design treatment plan for clients
- Recommend health and wellness products
- Maintain state license requirements including CEUs

Minimum Qualifications (Experience/Education)

- Experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist
- Completed state education requirements for licensure
- Massage Therapy program completion
- Experience with but not limited prenatal, deep tissue, and swedish/relaxation
