About Us
When people think of the word wellness, they think of being in a state of good health. Wellness is a core value that we need, seek, and desire due to its foundational necessity to longevity and a quality of life.
7 Wellness and Massage Center® is a business with a deep passion for community and integrative wellness. We strive to develop a culture that focuses on whole body wellness through selfless health care. This center was created to provide integrative naturopathic health services, with medical massage therapy being a core healing foundation. We are driven to create a wellness center that will approach our patients with treatments and guidance unique to them. We vow to look at the root pathology and your body comprehensively instead of just the superficial symptoms.
At this Wellness Center, we have a passion to offer services that capture all facets of wellness under one health care hub. Our staff strives to pursue the most diverse, innovative and current educational practices to ensure we are providing the best health care services possible. This includes but is not limited to nutritional guidance, corrective exercises, food planning, spiritual wellness, health coaching, and executive wellness consultations. We put the patient first, period. THANK YOU for supporting our vision and ultimately the goal of creating a safe space for selfless integrative health care.

When she started her health and wellness journey, hired a trainer and worked out 4-5 days a week, but I wasn’t dropping weight consistently because my relationship with food was Terrible! I was emotionally eating, yo yo dieting, restricting food , doing tea diets you name it . I felt that I had to listen to diet culture to lose weight . I was always tired , had low energy, and looked at the scale all the time which just made me feel more defeated.
It wasn’t until I realized that listening to diet culture was setting me up for failure that I educated myself on the science of nutrition and psychology of food which helped me reach my overall wellness goals.
I learned how to incorporate food in my diet that I loved to eat , had an open mind to try new food alternatives, and listened to my body after eating and did more or less of ingesting certain foods.I look forward to helping you on your health journey!
